To ensure your products arrive in the best condition Lucius Hudson, Inc. (LHI) takes great care and precaution to package and or crate your order. LHI is not responsible for damages in transit. Closely inspect all boxes/crates for damage prior to signing the bill of lading.

What if my products are damaged in shipping?

If there is noticeable damage to the shipment open it in the presence of the carrier agent and document via photos. It is highly recommended to get the carrier agents signature as witness of damage. If the shipping agent is not present carefully document the condition of the package and contents then immediately file a claim with the shipping company. All claims for damage are to be settled directly with the shipping company. Note: All original shipping cartons, packing (inner and outer) plus contents typically are required for inspection by the Carrier. You may be required to retain packaging and all contents until the claim is resolved.

What do I need to return products?

Before sending any items for return contact Lucius Hudson, Inc. you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Qualified items can be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without RMA number will not be credited. We are not responsible for damages to products on return shipments so insuring your shipment is recommended

What if I receive the wrong products?

If you receive products not matching you order return within 30 days of purchase for replacement. Items must be in new condition to qualify for exchange. We are not responsible for damages to products on return shipments so insuring your shipment is recommended. Any claims for damage will be filed with your shipper.

Custom ordered products are not eligible for return or exchange.
